They are currently down, but they are definitely not out. If anything the proponents of global Tyranny remain very much in power and in control. We must not lose sight of this reality.

Another thing about this bill is its inclusion of medical devices under the category of medical interventions. I've had a thousand arguments with people over masks in this regard.
A mask is, in fact, considered a medical device when used as source control. That is, if someone is sick, using a mask to block their crud is a medical intervention called "source control." The use of this device, because it is an medical intervention with its own downsides, must always be voluntary.
Maybe the governor of Idaho will be the first governor to bring back the first 13 words of the 2nd amendment into force and effect! And then we can say WHAT SAY YOU OTHER RED STATE GOVERNORS??
