This is definitely a win for freedom and unalienable rights. Let’s hope that it spreads to other states as well. We must all realize that the enemy is still very powerful. They are currently down, but they are definitely not out. If anything the proponents of global Tyranny remain very much in power and in control. We must not lose sight of this reality.

Sadly, the battle is a never-ending one, one that has raged through the ages. The insistence that "you" will do as you're told, what "we," the rulers (and that includes the tin-pot rulers living next door...) want you to do.

It is exhausting.

Yes, indeed, it is exhausting and it is never ending. It has been the story throughout all of recorded human history, the desire of the few, the oligarchs, tyrant and totalitarian to rule over others. It is up to humanity to continually and constantly fight back.

Bravo, Idaho! Thanks for spreading the word. Let's hope Florida -- and states everywhere -- is listening!

Wow. Absolutely wonderful. Leslie Manookian is so very strong and a true warrior. It's boggles my mind that most of our "fellow Americans don't know who she is. Thanks so much for sharing this SheThinksLiberty; I will share it far and wide. Peace.

This is a win and the best part is they worked through their differences to get a win for the people. My hat is off to these people. We need more coming together for the good of the people and less in fighting because we don't like a person or a political party.

Very true! What I love about this is that the setback -- the Governor's veto -- actually enabled a better version of the original bill! If Leslie says it's better, it is!

Another thing about this bill is its inclusion of medical devices under the category of medical interventions. I've had a thousand arguments with people over masks in this regard.

A mask is, in fact, considered a medical device when used as source control. That is, if someone is sick, using a mask to block their crud is a medical intervention called "source control." The use of this device, because it is an medical intervention with its own downsides, must always be voluntary.

Maybe the governor of Idaho will be the first governor to bring back the first 13 words of the 2nd amendment into force and effect! And then we can say WHAT SAY YOU OTHER RED STATE GOVERNORS??
