Steve Kirsch has written another great article. This time it’s on the findings coming from the New Hampshire Legislature. A bipartisan committee of NH state legislators will issue its report later this month entitled, "Special Committee on Covid Response Efficacy: Report of Findings.” Steve got a hold of the report and writes on its findings. “Scathing,” as he describes it.
The topic of Steve’s Point No. 11, related to the report’s Page 27 content, inspired me to write this piece. Steve translates Point No. 11’s gobbledygook thusly: “Translation: “Masking is detested and they didn’t do shit.”
And on top of that? Nobody (aside from “healthcare” workers) actually ever had to wear one.
I’ve told the story elsewhere of how my husband and I fled “the cradle of liberty,” a.k.a. Boston, in May 2020. That exodus resulted from that state’s elected goof ball, Charlie “Parker” Baker, issuing his mask mandate.
I was “working from home” in our little condo just outside of Boston. My husband came home from being out somewhere. “Hey, did you see the sign?”
“What sign?”
The one on the front entry door to our building. It says all residents will be required to wear a snot pouch when moving about the building’s “common areas.” By order of the elected doofus.
Or something like that he said.
As bad as I thought things were when this idiot ordered life as we knew it to end over a respiratory infection, when I heard this news? This loser is telling me I have to do what??? The top of my head just about blew off.
I only saw red. And issued some very “blue” language.
So my reaction to the mask news? “We’re outta here.”
Thankfully, years before we had managed to purchase my husband’s family home in far northern NH (40 miles from Canada as the crow flies) following his father’s death.
That weekend — the first one in May — we stuffed both of our vehicles to their brims. Clothes, computers, books, and some other essentials. We drove the three hours to this little town in the White Mountains. We hid out there as we watched the rest of this great crime unfold.
At the time, NH’s elected doofus had yet to issue any such egregious and egregiously stupid “order.” We didn’t expect him to. After all, it was the “Live Free or Die” state.
Was.
After it became clear that I would be unable to return to MA and to my job, we began to make plans to leave New England for good. Though my husband had wanted out of the cold for years — and had hinted very strongly in favor of northwest Florida — circumstances moved those plans up.
Sununu issued his mask mandate in Nov 2020. Nov 2020 you’re issuing a mask mandate?? Now? Really? What kind of idiot is he?? Nine months after “We’re all gonna die” you issue this order? Stupid. Unlawful.
Did I mention stupid?
Our Florida exploratory visit would be a road trip — all 1,600+ one-way miles. Through 13 states, all of which had “mask” “mandates.”
Because masks — when used as “source control” — are medical devices, they constitute a medical intervention. Because of this, all governors’ orders had to contain language that covertly recognized this.
This was to avoid the legal hot water of 1) practicing medicine without a license and 2) failing to provide an “out” for all the side effects of impaired respiration — recognized and known — but without stating it overtly. Because, well, you know. They had to make you believe that they could order a medical intervention on you and that you had to…obey.
I went to the websites of all the states our road trip would take us through and stay overnight in. All of the governors’ orders contained virtually the same language as Sununu’s. Because they had to. The law and legal liability required it. I printed out all of the orders, labelled them, and put them in plastic protectors.
If at any point anyone along the way said one word, out would come that “order” and all of its exceptions. Exceptions which essentially said that nobody actually had to wear a snot pouch. With bright yellow highlighter on the part that says, “Oh, and you can’t ask me what my ‘medical’ condition is that prevents me from strapping blue plastic across my nose and mouth.”
Sununu’s “Order”
After the first two pages of blahblahblah, we’re all gonna die cuz the CDC says so, the last page of Sununu’s order contains the following (bold and italics added):
5. This Order shall not apply to the following:
a) Educators, students, and staff within K-12 schools;
b) Any person with a medical condition or disability that prevents wearing a mask or other face covering;
c) Any person consuming food or drink or sitting at a restaurant or table to eat or drink;
d) Any person engaged in physical strenuous physical activity;
e) Any person giving a religious, political, media, educational, cultural, musical, or theatrical presentation or performance for an audience;
f) Any person who is deaf or hard of hearing, and any person while communicating with an individual who is deaf or hard of hearing or who has a disability, medical condition, or mental health condition that makes communication with that individual while wearing a mask or face covering difficult;
g) Any person obtaining or providing a service that requires the temporary removal of a mask or face covering;
h) Any person asked to remove a mask or face covering to verify an identity for lawful purposes; or
i) Any public safety worker actively engaged in a public safety role and when a mask or face covering would seriously interfere in the performance of their public safety responsibilities.
6. A person who declines to wear a mask or cloth face covering because of a medical or developmental issue, or difficulty breathing, shall not be required to produce documentation, or other evidence, verifying the condition.
7. The provisions of this Order shall remain in effect through January 15, 2021.
“…shall not be required to produce documentation, or other evidence, verifying the condition.”
Right…Because the law says you can’t ask. Because we all have the “condition” of having the human right to breathe unimpaired. Sick, well, doesn’t matter.
So, when you read this “order,” who exactly ever had to “mask up?” Certainly not, for example, the school kids of the little town we were in who played basketball. With “grown up” fans watching these poor kids in masks run up and down the court…Yeah, not them…
This Begs the Question.
If 48 elected doofuses (DeSantis never ordered masks), their doofus “public health” directors, and their mal-educated doofus lawyers knew that the “simple” act of masking required an “out” due to their health impacts, how did experimental concoctions using a never-before-used-in-humans “technology” avoid that same “out?”
How did the federal laws requiring the long list of notifications outlining who did not need to don an external medical device not apply when it came to an unknown substance getting injected directly into humans’ bloodstreams?
Hmmm?
Because “the Biden” issued the “order”?? How did the law against practicing medicine without a license (a President ordering medical treatment???????) escape scrutiny? How did the laws against experimentation not preclude any of this? How did that idiot, “the Biden,” not get shut down immediately? By all this country’s magnificent lawyers? By all the country’s magnificent doctors dedicated to patients’ well-being?
Hmmm?
The COVID Op
Surely the greatest crime against humanity in history. Also, one of the greatest indictments against this country’s government — local, state, and federal — and all their agencies, including law enforcement. It also indicted all of the medical and law schools within this “shining city on a hill.”
Who knows? Maybe the legislature of the “Live Free or Die” state — along with its non-native MA residents learned something. I sure hope so. It doesn’t matter to us; we’ll return only for weddings and funerals.
I would like to end this by calling out the good people in NH who told the governor to pound sand with his nonsense “mask order.” And to one great man in ME who did the same:
The Black Bear Tavern, Colbrook, NH https://blackbeartav.com/
Hubs says the best French dip he’s ever had. Using bread out of my hometown, Brooklyn, NY
Sunday River Brewing Company, Bethel, ME https://www.newscentermaine.com/article/news/local/maine-governor-janet-mills-administration-revokes-sunday-river-brewing-co-license-owner-defies-coronavirus-restriction-order/97-820d0c3b-efd4-482f-8100-13bd54485e54
Shame on Sheriff Wainwright!
As soon as Mr. Savage was able to reopen, we drove an hour and a half one way to patronize his restaurant. Got there along with a huge motorcycle crew. Place was hopping. As we crossed the NH/ME border, neon road signs assaulted us. They warned that visitors to ME would need to quarantine or some such crap. We flipped the signs the “bird” and added some colorful language to go with.
Mr. Pizza, Gorham, NH https://mrpizza-restaurant-tavern.wheree.com/
Enjoyed several meals here with husband’s cousin and his lovely wife. It ended up closing, but then we heard that a new owner was “in town” — Mr. Rick Savage of Sunday River Brewing Company. It’s reopened and doing great.
If you’re ever near any of these places..?
With that, I will leave you with this:
“Honor, justice and humanity call upon us to hold and to transmit to our posterity, that liberty, which we received from our ancestors. It is not our duty to leave wealth to our children; but it is our duty to leave liberty to them.” - John Dickinson
We did the same. Do Not Comply. Healthcare killed so many of our dear friends and relatives that it remains a nightmare.
I admire the strength of your partnership with your husband to move your home twice and to rebel against the masks. I don't think it's over yet and with you as an inspiration, I will not wear a mask again! (On boarding, my employer just gave me 2 masks!)
