I had written another letter to AG Moody earlier in the year regarding David Martin's Fauci Dossier, as well as other evidence of violations of multiple U.S. codes regarding clinical trials, patents, etc. I was asking that she take this evidence and begin a case against Fauci, et.al. So that's the reason for the "second communication" in my Aug letter to AG Moody.
Yes, I think David Martin is the doctor/lawyer who studies patent acquisition & tracked that there was some sort of "fore knowledge," as to a vaccine, "that would be" produced, in mass quantity.
