In rejecting my religious accommodation request, my former employer avoided the question altogether with the simple statement: "We do not believe that this is a situation where we are required to make an exception to our policy." Because I was incredibly uncomfortable attaching my sincerely held religious belief to a medical decision, though part of my sincerely held religious belief was that I need to balance the risk and benefit specific to me, I had originally applied for medical accommodation. My medical doctor, who knew my medical history intimately, including my history (and family history) of autoimmune disease, prior COVID infection and several miscarriages, advised against vaccination. Their response to that was: "Natural immunity has not yet been recognized as a contraindication for getting vaccinated....[While your doctor says you have a health condition for which vaccine is contraindicated], CDC does not recognize any health conditions unrelated to allergic reactions which support exemption from the vaccine." They made that denial without any specific inquiry regarding my medical records.

So, to them, without explanation, my request for medical accommodation was not valid because the CDC had not provided their stamp of approval to my doctor's informed judgment. And my request for religious accommodation was (I must speculate because they provided no explanation) not sincere? Regardless, they never analyzed whether it would require undue hardship because they concluded they didn't have to do so.

God has a plan in all of this, and I will never apologize for following the incredibly clear direction God gave me.

Thanks for speaking truth.

This is exactly the scenario I'm talking about Jennifer. These "professionals" have disgraced themselves beyond repair, IMO, much like the vast majorities of doctors and other "health" professionals have.

Your former colleagues violated the law. You worked from home -- that's called an "accommodation" -- and now, for some reason, it has become impossible to make adjustments to that arrangement that respects your medical and religious needs?

It may be too late for this particular situation, but a person who is a wealth of information and strategies on this topic is Peggy Hall over at www.thehealthyamerican.org. She has been at the forefront of this war against us from the very beginning.

Well done. I used to be in Operations and worked closely with HR. Yes, mostly women. I still have friends in HR. I've asked pointed questions about this. I never get a clear answer - they say something along the lines of having to advocate for their employer and don't have a say in policy. Astounding. They don't even pretend that they advocate for employees anymore. Like most 'professions' today, they are a joke, and with few exceptions, employ any self-reflection. Because of course if they did - they couldn't cash that paycheck.

Why Are They’re Still Cooperating?

Where is HR leadership?

---------

The question I want answered is why are Human Resources departments dominated by women?

Hubs company just got a new HR rep. A man. The other, a woman, was forced out after over 20 years with that company. New guy is a robot who has no connections with the crew.

He is surviving. He has to sacrifice principal on one thing (masks for show) because the next thing is the one he really will have to tell them to stick it. (jab) Thanks for asking.

This topic has been covered because the transition from the early days of the profession to now has become so stark. It's nearly 75% women in HR management. The move away from manufacturing and unions to the "service economy"? It's an excellent question, M VARR.

I saw the most disgusting ad on TV the other day, for a 'diverse' HR company that could help lonely HR workers "make a difference" by filling their companies with 'like-minded' people.

My friend was forced to turn down a job at Lewis & Clark college in Portland because as an unvaccinated person (if she could get the exemption in the first place), she would have been forced to wear a mask at all times on campus.

We've known basically the whole time that covid doesn't affect college-aged kids -- yet the HR managers are still throwing their weight around, demanding people get jabbed.

Great two part post!

There is a serious shortage of critically-thinking professionals, not only obviously in HR, but in all fields. I'm a retired EE. In my mind, no way should I know more about our immune system and general health than a "doctor" - but, in many cases, I do. Make no mistake, this is NOT about me; I am shocked at the absolute rubbish that so-called doctors say. I moved to Florida from Kauai, Hawaii - my neighbor there is a doctor. As soon as the plandemic hit, I knew it was 100% fraud. I did not know of the coming eugenics shots, but I knew, 100%, that face diapers, asymptomatic spread and PCR were complete lies. ( I had read Celia Farber's book "Serious Adverse Events", which described how mass-murderer fauci ( I cannot capitalize criminal names ) used PCR tests to give asymptomatic mothers and children AZT - one of the deadliest drugs ever invented. ) I found Dr. Zelenko and his HCQ protocols and prophylaxis protocols very early. I told a lot of my neighbors, many of whom are un-jabbed today. My doctor neighbor consulted some web site on his cell phone and stated " I would not give HCQ to my mother and father". Talk about pure ignorance and stupidity. Please be aware that surfers, when going on a road trip abroad, use HCQ to protect themselves against malaria. ( Neighbor "doctor" is a surfer )

We must always look for root causes.

Why so many sheep and so few critical-thinkers?? I feel that there are several reasons but a few stand out. FIrst, read "American Betrayal" by Diana West. The book will give you a solid view of the communist infiltration of our government, starting in WWII. With "American Betrayal" as your foundation, read Diana's book "The Red Thread", which covers modern day "leaders" and their backgrounds - spoiler - Brennan, former head of the CIA, is a full-blown communist. You witnessed communism in action during the plandemic - I returned home to Hawaii after a trip to Maine, right in the middle of the plandemic, ( yes, I flew face-diaper less - it was a night flight from Honolulu to Boston, and the service staff did not even walk through the cabin - there were people on the plane with real gas masks on - seriously ) only to have several of my neighbors ask me if I was going to get a "free" PCR test. Absolutely not. I tried to explain the fact that 90% + of the tests are false positives but all I got was blank stares - and then I was on the shitty neighbor list, because I was not going to get a pointless test for "the greater good" - absolute communist rubbish that has been used for decades to coerce free people to do things against their will.

Next, medical schools are simply indoctrination centers, as are the majority of universities today. I studied at the MIT in the 1980's - NONE of my professors were anything like the woke idiots there today. Drive through Cambridge, Massachusetts today, as my wife and I did last year - I was literally laughing out loud watching people run and bike with face diapers on. Ideologically insane people.

Last, but certainly the most important reason: our secular society is God-less. They are repeating the worst mistakes of history - and they are not even aware of it because they do not read and they believe everything moral is relative. It's incredibly stupid. It's the road to hell.

Thanks again for the great posts!

Thank you for the kind words, Steve! Thank you, as well, for the very thoughtful comment, including the reminder about West! Yes, I must read her work. I know who she is and the value of her research.

You're exactly right re communism. This is part of the reason I have mini head explosions whenever anyone states or suggests this is about "Nazis."

We lived in the Boston area for just under 30 years. On the surface, the area has much to recommend it. Yet, as someone deeply committed to individual freedom, I was always the odd one out. Very few in "the cradle of liberty" give a rat's ass about liberty. The unlawful, despicable shutdown was bad enough. Such an obvious crime, you know it's only going to get worse.

As time went on and I became more and more familiar with the area and began to understand what really made it tick, I realized that the Boston/Cambridge area was a hub for the crime syndicate. It's got "Big Academia,", "Big Medicine," "Big Finance," (John Hancock Insurance, Prudential, plus its banks), and, of course, DOD/military industrial complex (Raytheon and others). I began to see that people lived in this bubble in Boston, so dependent on these criminal enterprises for their livelihoods -- directly and indirectly. I understood that we, too, were part of it. We benefited from it; we had a very nice life there.

As soon as this crime was announced, though, I knew our days were numbered...If the cooperation extended beyond the "15 days to flatten the curve," we would likely be faced with the decision we ultimately made. Simply too much to accommodate/tolerate. If you've read my "About Me" post, as soon as the lowlife Baker issued his snot pouch "order", I told my husband, "We're outta here!" We have never complied with a single feature of this crime.

My husband comments so frequently as you have regarding the purposeful expulsion of God. We're reaping that in spades.

Thanks again for the kind words. Hope you're loving life in Outpost Florida as much as we are. We are so grateful to be here vs. Soviet New England.

Thanks SheThinksLiberty. It's a different world. I am listening to the America Out Loud podcast featuring Dr. Peter McCullough and Alexandria (Sasha) Latypova - she recently interviewed Katherine Watt of Bailiwick News. They are discussing the fact that the shots are made by a consortium of companies, directed by the DOD. The shots are a military operation; they are tracked from the source to the injected arm by the DOD. These people are just bat-shit crazy. I am happy to be living in Florida, but I constantly question why our own Surgeon General does not stop the kill shots. They are all self-absorbed cowards who only care about power and money. Makes me want to barf. Thanks for all the great posts.
