The Most Important Issue of Our Lifetime -- The Restoration of the Individual With ALL His/Her Inherent, Inalienable Rights
Time to Wipe Out the Legislation that Enabled the Elimination of Basic Human Rights Brought to Us -- of course -- by the United States Congress - Demand They Let PAHPA Lapse
PAHPA — Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act. Distinct from that other legislative disaster, PREP. The “Critters” passed PAHPA in 2006 and George W. Bush signed it into law. As Daniel Horowitz says in his article posted over at Brownstone Institute,
“Unlike the PREP Act and the other emergency pandemic powers, this one is set to expire at the end of September. In other words, absent any action, PAHPA and all its authority to wage biomedical warfare are finished, thereby providing House Republicans with tremendous leverage to clip the agency’s wings. How can Republicans move on from this disaster and reauthorize the agency that is responsible for the worst tyranny and genocide in American history?”
Mr. Horowitz then goes on to suggest that reauthorization of this rights-crushing, billion dollar disaster must not pass the House until it addresses several items. You’ll about read about them in the article, but I say —
“NO REAUTHORIZATION FOR THIS ABOMINATION!”
Ladies and gentlemen, Congress is our enemy. Really. Has that good-for-nothing, limelight-seeking collection of creeps and criminals ever really advanced the cause of liberty? Or peace?
OK…here and there, an exception to this rule managed to get elected and adhere to these values. Here and there some actual freedom-protecting legislation has come to us via the Feds…but overall? Nothing but its criminality and destruction of freedom defines this debased body. PAHPA and PREP are prime examples of this among scores of others.

I would really love to ask Mr. Horowitz, “What’s to discuss, Dan? You yourself called this agency the one “responsible for the worst tyranny and genocide in American history.”

If you have a halfway decent (cough, cough) House rep, you might want to call or write and demand that he/she take action to let this egregious, criminal legislation lapse.

Nothing to discuss here! Everything George W signed into law should be removed. Our liberties have been taken away. All of these acts PREP, PAHPA, FISA, all of the Wars and anything else signed into law post 911 should be gone over with a fine tooth comb!!!! Enough talk already!
Agree agree agree!! But it is so downright dirty. I see the current prez literally getting away with murder in a Ukrainian crackhouse mad dog laptop air force one flying contamination of all things United States...(sorry for that!) and our so called "representatives" are spending their time wasting our money by being alive. There are no Thomas Jeffersons or James Madisons anymore...and now they are going after Thomas on the Supreme Court, because, "Look over here!". Honestly. I. Can't. Stand. It.
