Nothing to discuss here! Everything George W signed into law should be removed. Our liberties have been taken away. All of these acts PREP, PAHPA, FISA, all of the Wars and anything else signed into law post 911 should be gone over with a fine tooth comb!!!! Enough talk already!

Agree agree agree!! But it is so downright dirty. I see the current prez literally getting away with murder in a Ukrainian crackhouse mad dog laptop air force one flying contamination of all things United States...(sorry for that!) and our so called "representatives" are spending their time wasting our money by being alive. There are no Thomas Jeffersons or James Madisons anymore...and now they are going after Thomas on the Supreme Court, because, "Look over here!". Honestly. I. Can't. Stand. It.

Thanks SheThinksLiberty. Yes, we do have our work cut out for us. There are zero "leaders" with a moral base and a backbone in any federal or state position. What a pathetic bunch of self-serving, ignorant, murdering criminals. It makes me want to puke. Peace. :-)

TAPE 2:

PREDICTIONS...

"Past Is Prologue"

"Listen the tapes and decide if this is an actor.

If so, the actor portraying Lawrence Dunnegan may be the greatest voice over actor in the history of acting! It sounds and resonates as legit to me, but if I’m a Sweet Summer Child, then present the case, please! Sharpen steel here."

All constitutions and frameworks we have had to date are no longer relevant to the times we are in. They were made before cars, before electricity and before algorithms. We now have a facility that enables information to be exchange in light speed, whereas constitutions were made when it took weeks to deliver a letter. Nothing makes any sense any more and that's why it's all breaking down. We have the most fantastic tool at our disposal but we're not utilizing it properly. Everything needs to be issued by the sovereign and we make software customized to enable us to do that. Voting, making proposals and even the issuance of money, can now all be issued by the sovereign through the Egalitarian Proposal System: https://deniseward.substack.com/p/the-egalitarian-proposal-system

I disagree with your premise Denise. It's not the Constitution, it's the ignorant people who don't understand it and its power. The Constitution is the bedrock that enabled our nation to far surpass all others in a very brief timeframe - read "The 5000 Year Leap" for details. ALL the ignorant "elected officials" in DC are career criminals. No system, including the one you propose, can compensate for completely ignorant criminals in the system. Peace. :-)

I would only differ slightly here, Steve, in that the bedrock of the American experiment in liberty is the Declaration of Independence. The Constitution is the framework for a government; that's all.

After its ratification, some felt the need to amend the Constitution, spelling out in further detail via a Bill of Rights the inalienable rights alluded to in the Declaration. It is the Declaration that is our bedrock and to that which we must adhere.

Excellent point SheThinksLiberty - I agree. I love the concept of the American ideal - the Declaration Of Independence is key. Happy Easter. Peace. :-)

Happy Easter to you and yours, my friend.

On this point re the Declaration as the bedrock, that declaration -- overflowing with facts about the inalienable sovereignty of the individual -- also lets us know that it is 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 the right of "the people" (individuals) to "alter or abolish" that government which becomes destructive of "those ends," those rights bestowed upon us by our Creator. This must, by all the plain meaning of the Declaration's words, include the government set up via the Constitution.

So, I would argue that, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness..." are the words and inspiration to which we must return and the standard to which we hold and judge ALL elected officials.

All of which, of course, is just one woman's opinion. :)

"Also lets us know that it is 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 the right of "the people" (individuals) to "alter or abolish" that government which becomes destructive of "those ends," those rights bestowed upon us by our Creator." - perfect - I hope and pray, on this beautiful Easter morning, that the correction comes swiftly and justly to all the ignorant cowards out there that call themselves "leaders". You can see it coming; there is always a greater good, especially when we are forced to endure these phases of blatant stupidity - the truth always comes to light. Have a Happy Easter SheThinksLiberty. May there be peace on earth. :-)

I don't propose a political system. The Constitution didn't work because look where we are. I never agreed to it anyway. The idea that we all must agree to a bunch of things that a few people drafted is whacky because we are all unique. And our uniqueness should be something we acclaim. Things are different now, we have electricity and algorithms and the Constitution is woefully behind the times. Things change, that is a certainty. And now things change very quickly. If our systems cannot keep up then they must pass by the by. But we should be looking forward and imagining new systems that raise each person. We can have a lot more of what we want with the technology we have today but nobody wants someone to shove their views down their throat. There is no need for it now. The system attracts criminals because it is designed that way. It is designed to control the population. It's not designed to give you a voice. It is designed to make you think you have one but only through a third party, never your voice directly. But now we have the ability to each of us have our voice. Why would anyone not want that?

Yes but an opinion needs to come with substance otherwise we leave ourselves open to baloney like pandemics when there are no pandemics and viruses when there are no viruses.
