As a follow up, in the same state, there is a woman, Leslie Manookian at the Health Freedom Defense Fund, who totally gets "it" and has done more than ALL the politicians in the USA to preserve the freedoms of the people.
Thank you, Steve! Leslie Manookian is a hero, and as you say, has done more through her organization to preserve freedom than just about any other person or organization. It was through her that airlines had to discontinue snot pouches. It was through her that the Los Angeles Unified School District had its "vaccine" mandate remanded by the 9th Circuit...
She is truly an unsung hero. Thank you for this comment and for the link, Steve. ❤️
Thank you SheThinksLiberty. It's one of the lessons of "The Road To Serfdom" - the worst of the worst get to the "top". You truly cannot make this stuff up; idiots keep repeating mistakes made throughout history because they are truly ignorant and incompetent. Protect yourself at all times. Peace.
The best articles are ones we can learn something from. Thanks for the lesson. (I’d have only laughed at the incredible irony of a politician wanting to make lying a felony, and then tried to calculate how soon 100% of them will be behind bars. 🤣)
I did glide over that irony; probably should have given it more attention -- but you just did! Seems Mr. Moyle has serious concerns about being lied about vs. plain ol' lyin'. 🤣
As for how much Mr. Moyle knows about what "our" "Founding Fathers" meant via the First Amendment, does he know that the First Amendment was actually the Third Amendment?
The original Bill of Rights that passed the House and Senate had 12 amendments. The first two pertained to representation in the House and the second? Why, Congressional pay. Madison did not want the Congress to have the ability to give itself a raise. 🤣 So, what was the Third Amendment?
The one that became the First Amendment.
Somehow the original First and Second Amendments failed to pass muster in the States. After two years (!), enough nations (States) had passed the Third through 12th Amendments to be amended to the Constitution.
These ten amendments became the original Bill of Rights and they all moved up a notch. This made that oh-so-important First Amendment originally sitting in third place actually the First Amendment.
So, Mr. Moyle, that's how important the First Amendment was to the guy who wrote the Constitution. He put it in third place! 🤣
At first, it would seem that Mr. Moyle is simply fake opposition. We must consider, however, that he is after all a “Republican”, and that there is a very significant amount of stupidity among self identified Republicans. He may be just another example of that.
Garbage like Moyle manage to find a seat in governance simply because the People mostly don't pay attention to how their governments, State and Federal, are being run or how they are supposed to be run. The Constitutions are written to protect the rights of man, not give man his rights. He who hasn't read the unmolested King James Bible can't consider himself well educated. These uneducated people get into many seats and in turn, those who are fit for office end up being subjected to the undesirable intentions of the unfit.
Osborne vs. Bank of the US indicates that those in public office must be able to pass upon the Constitutionality of statutes and US vs. Texas indicates that all statutes are assumed to be written in conformance with the Constitution.
Requirements for office include being a citizen for an amount of time and a certain age, that's it. The Oath of Office indicates that those swearing to it knew or should have known what the Constitution says and means, which is in the best interests of the entire Nation. The Constitutions are the Law of the Land, the Foundational Law and any legislation afterwards must be in conformance with them or be superseded by them.
Yick Wo vs. Hopkins indicates that sovereignty rests with the People, not government and each man and woman is one of these sovereigns, individually and collectively. The collective sovereignty of the People is the Body Politic of the Nation, not the governments, State or Federal.
Virtually none of the meaning of the Constitutions are applied to life in America today. People don't have their Land Patents secured, the property they claim to own is collateralized for corporate debt and in jeopardy of seizure every year twofold, the children are educated by foreign government curriculums and their government bodies are replaced by corporate bodies and vacated. All while the People remain unaware.
It is the lack of knowledge of the People that destroys the People and the Nation, not government or the rest of the world. The People can't use the law, the courts, their own agency, protect their own rights or even their own land and property and are wholly dependent on government for all of it. The people have replaced God and their Republics under God with corporate systems of governance that are murdering and pillaging their entire being.
aschooloflaw.com is a short blog with seven topics that attempt to alleviate the lack of knowledge.
Excellent comment, Zane. Thank you for taking the time and for including the link to A School of Law.
For me, one of the most important and salient features of Americanism stems from its basis in the sovereignty of the individual. Stating this, as many of that time did, was indeed revolutionary. You mean I, a "lowly" individual am sovereign? I am endowed with rights and liberties that no one -- not even a king -- can take away without due process??? Etc., etc.
So much good news coming out of our state thanks to the great legislators/truth tellers who have been first in many areas of freedom. It is too bad one doofus has to spoil all the good news. But they are everywhere.
I can't stand listening to todays politicians utter words like "founding fathers," "framers." Those men, while most were still masons, etc., fought in wars, albeit instigated bankers wars, nonetheless they fought. They had more backbone thean every single politcian active today, and probably for the last 100 years. As for the first amendment and making "lies" a crime, I guess I will always preface everything with "alegedly." Maybe this should be a law? It's the quickest way I can think of to lock up all of the politicians. Stsrt expsnding the prisons! Charge!!

For example, the bird-flu bullshit:

The levels of stupidity and ignorance have reached record levels.
Peace.

Doofus boy. 😂 😂 😂 Good description without invoking profanity!
Thanks for the lesson on the framers and founders. Wouldn’t it be something if they started actually teaching this to our kids 🙄.
Maybe start with doofus boy himself. We should all send this lesson to his inbox!!!!
❤️❤️❤️ Thank you, Sunnydaze!

They are everywhere. And I'm all out of patience and all out of "benefit of the doubt."
I like I Find Retards on X. Maybe we should tag him on there.
